Birdingplaces continues to grow rapidly and birders from all over the world are joining. To keep up with the growth we are looking for new Country and State Editors that would like to join us.
Country and State Editors are volunteers that guard the quality of all described areas on Birdingplaces. They review, improve and edit texts of bird areas in their country or state. After they have reviewed and edited the text, they are the ones who put the area online with the ‘Publish’ button. Country and State Editors also help to improve and update existing area descriptions and help to promote the Birdingplaces platform.

Country and State Editors are very important for Birdingplaces because they contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of information. For some countries (and several states in Australia and the USA) we are still looking for enthusiast Country and State Editors. Is your country or state not yet represented (check the Country Editor team page here) and would you be interested to join us as a Country Editor or State Editor? Please send an email to info@birdingplaces.eu and we send you more info.
You will be part of the global team of enthusiastic volunteers that keeps Birdingplaces running! On the Country Editor team page you can meet all our Country Editors.
